My daughtet was involved in an accident with one of my vehicle on Saturday 16 June 2018 she was taken to Hosptal and released the same day.Monday at around 8am I received a phone call and the caller introduced him self as Riaan Vanzyl an asessor send by Outsurence to handle my claim. We make an appointment for Wednesday 20th June 2018. On Wednesday at around 8am the guy call me and we make 10am appointment at panelbeater where the vehicle was taken for quotation.The guy was so proffesional that he even ask the management to privede office for our interview.He explain every thing he allow me to ask questions, after interview everything was understood and he promised to handle the claim asap and what I like more about him when ever promise to call me he does it even before I think of him above all my claim was handle within 48 hours from the time of interview .I realy appriciate the way my claim was handle.The guy was realy professional going foward will realy like to work with people like Riaan
