Professionalism of Outsurance Team.

I recently had a claim with Outsurance for a lost device, we had a misunderstanding me and a lady that was assisting me by the name of Anel but yey this woman is very professional and calm, i was frustrated but always kept her cool and helped me to the best of her ability ,as of today my claim was approved and all thanks to her and her team including Allen who even came to my place to assist me.
