Professionalism is refreshing

Been with OUTsurance for many years. It's obvious that they consider customers as important and this is reflected i9n the service one receives when phoning in. Recently Sabena promptly identified herself. The line was poor and within seconds she had phoned back. Referring to three policies, questions answered professionally and changes promptly made. Again within minutes after completing changes, updated policies were emailed through. Would like to give her an AWSOME 11 out of 10 rating. Regards, Pano Nicolopulos
