Professional, understanding, patient, kind folk answered my call. I was assissted withing seconds of calling. I did not have to wait for ages. The young man (Mohammad) who assessed our damages was also top notch. He listened to our story, sympathised with us and did the assessment. We received an other call from an equally friendly person, (also named Mohammad!) a quote for repairs, a detailed explanation that we didn’t have to pay any excess but sadly lost our outbonus due in one week .
