Professional service from legal dept

<p>I'm very pleased with the prompt and professional response from Outsurance. A tourist driving a rental car hot my stationary car before leaving the country. Even though she left me a note with a confession and contact details, the rental company first ignored my claim for a month and then disputed the legality when Outsurance tried to recover the payout from them. </p> <p>From the moment I called Outsurance, they assisted and kept me posted and followed up to get the damages and my excess back. Anneke from the legal department wasted no time in resolving this matter and I'm pleased to not have recovered the money I spent for something that was not my mistake. </p> <p>It's not everyday we get good service from companies we pay for it. It's an absolute pleasure to receive it without asking!!</p>
