Called in for a quote. Andrea (Andy) Olivier took call. At first I thought "it's one car- why all the questions?" Explained very well why she needed so much info just for a quote (build a profile). So I poured some coffee and began the process. Long story short... exceptional (see heading). Even when I told her that I would probably stay with my current insurer, she did not push but explained some of the reasons why. Her passion for her brand was infectious. This lady is an example of how call centres should operate. She set a new bar for me - I wish I could call OS for cellphone, eskom and all other enquiries. What a delight! (and no - she is not related) Baie dankie! Uitstekend Andy!!
