I joined Outsurance 30 months ago because I was able to save more than R300 per month on my insurance premiums compared to my previous provider, with the added bonus of extra benefits. About a month ago, my wife’s car broke down. I called Outsurance, and the operator greeted me by name. I requested a tow truck to take her car to an auto electrician. The operator asked which vehicle it was and immediately located its position. While we were still on the call, he informed me that the tow truck was already on its way and would arrive within 25 minutes. True to their word, the truck arrived on time. The team carefully loaded the vehicle, and we followed them to the auto electrician, who was waiting for us even though it was after hours on a Friday. Within an hour, the Outsurance consultant followed up to confirm that the vehicle had been delivered and to ensure we were safe.
