I would like to officially thank you for your professional service, in particular Mr Sybrand Niemand, who was the assessor for my vehicle theft claim. The turn-around time from initially registering the claim to making contact with me was quick.

In spite of my fears surrounding the process Mr Niemand made me feel at ease and explained everything to me clearly with added advice on my options. He even gave me information and updated feedback that I couldn't get from the SAPS themselves.

I am pleased to have worked with Outsurance and as a result of Mr Niemands assistance I will gladly consider making use of Outsurance in future.
