A special note of thanks to Jaco Bezuidenhoudt, manager from the pet insurance department, that took over the process of my claim and handled it professionally, promptly and with consideration to the nature of the claim. He salvaged what was otherwise a very frustrating and disappointing process and took the time to listen and followed up to keep me updated on the process and completion of the claim.
