price increased without notice

Despite complaining about my premiums increased without notice, I was contacted by an agent who advised me to check my mailbox including spam for the price increase notice, and the agent was to contact me the next day. On searching my mailbox entirely on a pc I found no notice at all, and feel outsurance acted noncompliant. I was also not contacted back. Terrible service once again, thanks for acting out.
