Price increase
Price increases Been with them for almost 7 years. Never had car claim. They gave me the out and about products which a claimed for a few times. Now it impacts my car premie. Going up in this difficult times with almost R400. Will move everything from them When you claim its a problem.

There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc. Please note, you had a motor warranty claim in January this year. All claims excluding roadside assistance and windscreen chip repairs, will affect your profile. Joe our client services manager contacted you to address your concerns regarding the rerate.

29 Jun 2023, 12:23Yes. I claimed a motor warranty. Which is a different policy like you say. But for more then 10years a never has a claim for my vehicle. Now you are charging me R900 a month for vehicle insurance for a vehicle which are not financed any more and more then 5 years old. Any case budget gave me R520 insurance for less access on some vehicle. OUTsurance not so outstanding as everyone thinks.
