Pressure Selling Tactics

Wasted nearly 40 minutes on a call for a simple car insurance quote. They force you to make a decision on the call, and get angry when you don't want to commit to making a decision immediately and refuse to accept no as an answer. There are much better insurance companies with better offers, with no strings attached and no weird sales tactics. Outsurance has a ridiculous pressure selling policy that will drive more customers away. Maybe that's why they over-advertise so aggressively.
