Pressure selling at it's worst

Today I tried to get a quote from Outshurance for a new car I am buying, The quote supp**** was so far from my request that I was completely amazed, the call centre agent when calling back became very aggressive to the point where I asked for his supervisor to call me, needless to say that has not happened. At all times I was felling that I was being pressured into saying yes but when I was asking for clarification I was told that I could only get the full policy documents after I had accepted the quote, clearly this is not acceptable and if I am not mistaken against the current laws.If this is just getting a quote What would a claim be like
