Preposterous increase in premium!!!!

I am a disappointed client today. I have been Insured with Outsurance pet insurance for 4 years and today I receive a mail of a rerate on my premiums of 65% increase in my current premium. From R676 to R1115. It is crazy to say the least. In the 4 years of being insured with them, I have not skipped or missed 1 premium. I call to revise and they advise me to downgrade my policy. why would I want to do that???? I do not want to remove any of my benefits. I want a better premium. I understand a 10% or even a 20% increase in premiums but NOT 65%. This is what forces loyal clients to cancel their insurance because of such.
