Premiums today Refunds weeks later

I bought a new car and changed my insurance from the old to the new car effective 9 October 2015. The agent informed me of the additional amount due (as expected for the new car but no amounts were mentioned) I assumed it will be a small amount as the difference between what I paid and will be paying was not that big. Come 9 October 2015 & Outsurance takes over R500.00 out of my bank account. Upon enquiry I was told there will be a refund paid to me for just over R400.00. BUT only on 17 October 2015. Well today is the 17th and no refund. Why not just take the difference? And why does a refund take 7 + days? Oh because they are scared that if they refund you sooner, you will stop the additional payment due and taken already. WOW!! after 5+ years with you guys, not one debit order was missed & not once did u have in any way effort to collect monies due from me. Treated like a common *****!!! thanks Out..
