Premium Review Unacceptable

Good day, I am writing this review on behalf of my wife Alecia de Kock. She received her reviewed policy document and is very disrupted regarding the increase. In actual fact we are expecting the premium to be reviewed to be much lower than what it was before the 2018 increase. Can a SENIOR adviser/manager please call her to sort this out.
