Premium not matched. Pay in my R500
I spoke to many insurance companies since 14th november. Budget insurance offered me R594 and Keegan at outsurance refused to match this. He offered me over R1000 premium for my 2007 getz that i just purchased. Than tells me i can take essential cover for less. I stated that budget is offering me the same on comprehensive as outsurance. Today the 16th November.. first for woman bettered my premium in comparison to budget imsurance by quoting me R466. I spoke to keegan again and asked how can they not even come down to R594. He gives me a round about story that their way of doing it is different. I asked to speak to the manager and was just kept on hold instead. Youll are refusing to match a quote and to pay me R500 since you refused a client. Check the call records for saturday 4 November around 11.00. And call records for 16 November monday around 5pm. If you want to advertise u the best and cant do ur part in what u say than i shud be given the amount stated and due. I want urgent feedback as youll proved to be trying to just pick up premiums unnecessary. U can't match my quote. So pay the R500 to me as ur slogan states. I dont need to hear stories like Keegan said of different colleges checking different ppl. I wil post this further in hellopeter and the courier newspaper.

We say if we cannot beat your current vehicle premium, of which cover needs to be in place for 30 days or longer, you will qualify.
Since your cover with Budget Insurance started on the same day you obtained the quote from us, you will sadly not be eligible for the payment. Gina proceeded by forwarding you the brochure which contains the detail.

29 Nov 2020, 22:56After posting the above of the *********** absurd experience from outsurance youll have the nerve to respond in saying youll run a promotion in paying ppl R500/R1500 for not having their quote met. Strangely after reserach i found out an individual was sent paperwork immediately from the call centre agent when his quote could not be matched and was paid his R500. Yet im told i dont meet the requirements and need to wait a month with my current imsurance company. That is not for u to decide. If i get a better quote and want to move why must i sit and wait cos outsurance says i must i get paid the R500 all cos you could not match my quote. Youll are getting more full of bull**** as i speak to youll. Its a never ending circus u have in place. Sort this bull**** out asap. I already got a better deal to match my finances more better and i cant keep sitting for your one month nonsense. If outsurance was to delayed to keep customers dont trap them to like u running a promotion. You still losing cos you can't hold onto customers that wanted to join youll. Imagine another insurance can better a price and still youll sit and pass stories. I need this finalised so i can be done with youll. Dont phone and tell me i dont match ur criteria cos there is no such thing. If u want to be difficult i can rally up every person i researched and have it thrown at youll and post every single complaint here. Your slogan is straight forward.... if you dont match the quote or better it than you pays the person R500.
