Premium not guaranteed for five years

<p>I have to write my complaint publicly due to Outsurance not having a "complaint" email address. </p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance and I signed up for life insurance in 2013 and our policies state your premium is guaranteed for five years". From my understanding, this guarantee that the premium will not go up for 5 years. This is not the case as our policies has been escalating annually since then and I've raised it to Outsurance before via the call centre but it was not dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this resolved asap. So far I am happy with the policy but not with the premium that keeps escalating.</p>
