Premium is going up always and NO claim was made.

I have been with Outsurance from 2012 and i insured two cars which i never made a claim before but they keep on increasing my premiums every year and the value of my car is dropping DOWN. When i call them to review my policy and cancel they increase they say is not possibly. I thought they had good customer service, hence i referred ny family and friend to them but i was very wrong. they are so expensive and GREEDY. I'm taking my business else where i'm paying a lot of money for nothing.
