Premium increment
<p>I am super disappointed with Outsurance, a week ago I requested a call back as I wanted to make amends to my policy, yesterday they sent me an email informing me that they will be increasing my premium from R1691 to R2100. </p> <p>This is day light *******. I am jumping ship...</p>

Thank you for notifying us. Mapula our client care manager contacted you to firstly discuss reasons for the premium increase and then secondly she assisted with giving you a better deal. You were happy with the new premium.
