Premium increase after change of address

I requested a change of address and instantly my premium went up to R1900 from 1400. I work from home and my new place is much more secure than my old address but clearly, that is not what they use to calculate my premium. This is very disappointing as a long-standing client of Outsurance. All the consultant said that he could not doing anything to my change it because it is an exsisting policy.
