Premium increase
My premium increased with R144.35. And my excess with R350.
When I phoned OutSurance earlier to find out why, they told me that I had 2 claims this year. Which is untrue. The one claim was for an accident which I claimed for. But the other claim was for my windscreen & I DID NOT claim for it. So how can you increase my premium based on TWO claims????
I explained it to the guy, but he said the only way he can help is if they further increase my excess.
