Premium increase
Received a call from outsurance to update my details which resulted in an increase in my premium. Very sneaky indeed. 1 minor change resulted in an increase of close to R100 to my premium. I will be definitely cancelling my policy

Kelvin our client relations manager informed you that there were underwriting changes on your policy that influenced your premium. We were able to give you a discount based on your profile and you were happy with the new premium.
