Premium Gone Up Not Down
I can't find an email address for you so this is the alternative.
I was told that my insurance would go down as I am no longer driving to work. It has gone up. Please explain!

Thanks for your feedback.
We have been in contact with you to assist with your query. Your monthly premium was R560.04 and in May/June we discounted your premium by 15% therefore we only debited R476.03.
We have also assisted you with amendments on your policy and sent you a private message with an email address you can use for future queries.
