The sales advisor was informative,funny and new what she was talking about but what I wasn't happy about was the premium it self.

We are sorry that we were not able to offer you a better premium at this point. We offer savings to many clients, but also say if we cannot beat your current premium, we will pay you R500 and a further R1000 if you have been claim free with the same insurer for the past 3 years.
