Prejudice treatment from the Outsurance

I just called Outsurane to cancel my life cover with them, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nthabiseng whom I told to cancel my cover with them.

She has been trying to keep me by force on the call, I asked her to email me a copy of the cancelation of the policy of which she hasn't. Should my account be deducted by Outsurance this will be ***** as I told the lady in a recorded line that I want the policy canceled and she said it was.
