Prejudice against the 3rd party
I was in a car accident and the lady who hit me is insured with outsurance. This lady claims that she did not see me and she doesn't know who had right of way at the time of the accident. Outsurance decided to only pay out 60% of the claim because they are prejudice against me as I am not one of their clients. If they had properly examined the photos that I sent them, they would clearly see that I had the right of way because whoever is inside the traffic circle has right of way. Their client did not even yield and look around before she entered the traffic circle, otherwise she would have seen me. I am sure if I was one of their clients they would have fairly addressed this situation but I am being dismissed because I am the 3rd party. The 60% they want to pay out is an amount based on a desktop assessment and not an assessment done by an actual mechanic. The prejudice is evident.
