Prejudice against the 3rd party

I was in a car accident and the lady who hit me is insured with outsurance. This lady claims that she did not see me and she doesn't know who had right of way at the time of the accident. Outsurance decided to only pay out 60% of the claim because they are prejudice against me as I am not one of their clients. If they had properly examined the photos that I sent them, they would clearly see that I had the right of way because whoever is inside the traffic circle has right of way. Their client did not even yield and look around before she entered the traffic circle, otherwise she would have seen me. I am sure if I was one of their clients they would have fairly addressed this situation but I am being dismissed because I am the 3rd party. The 60% they want to pay out is an amount based on a desktop assessment and not an assessment done by an actual mechanic. The prejudice is evident.

I'm so disappointed with Outsurance. Not only are they partially blaming me for the accident that their client caused but they are also forcing me to accept a 70% payout. The claims agent, Sinethemba Zangqa, handling our case is not only rude and arrogant but also not helpful at all. The legal manager told us that we can also get our own quotes if we want to. She was supposed to send us a list of RMI approved panel beaters on Friday but she only sent it on Monday, after I sent her my own quotes. Then she tells us that she didn't tell us to waste our petrol going to those places. She then told us to go to Lyttelton Auto Bodies but they told us that they don't give quotes to OUTsurance clients even though I explained that I'm not an outsurance client, I am just a third party claimant, they still insisted that they cannot give me a quote. All this back and forth, running around because the agent did not explain to us what to do from the beginning and is not taking our case seriously because we are not a client of outsurance. She keeps telling us that she'll follow up with us but she never does, we have to call her. Even if I was a client of outsurance and I was the cause of an accident, I wouldn't want the other person to go through all this. There is nothing I could've done inside the traffic circle to have avoided their client from hitting me. I was not speeding, you cannot drive fast in a traffic circle. What if there were other cars or pedestrians on the road? Should I have hit them to move out of her way? But I'm 30% to blame? If their client yielded and looked around first before entering the circle, she would have seen me but she didn't so she is 100% to blame.
