POPI Act means nothing to these guys

Requested a quote a while ago, but Outsurance was way way more expensive. I never got any cash as their adverts proclaim. Now I get 4 to 5 spam phone calls per day, even though I asked several times to be removed from their database. I am sure this is against the ECT Act and POPI Act. Can I go to SAPS and lay a ******** charge?
