Poorer than poor
After having a fender bender and no claim for 3 years, I was requested to send photos for assessment. Received a quote for R11000 based on this. Lost my out bonus of R3800 due this year and R4890 excess. The accident was caused by another named party. So my accident has cost me R8500 and outsurance insist on used parts and repaired parts that should not be repaired as per their nominated panel beater. Not kosher am certainly looking elsewhere
