Poor workmanship by Batho Pele Construction Company contracted by OUTSURANCE

Good afternoon I'm so stressed because of being treated unfairly by the Batho Pele Construction Company which were guven by outsurance to fix our diveway , boundary wall and fence which was washed away during the 2019 floods , the very same thing that was rebuilt got washed away again in the 2022 floods . I am the only one in my street who had a driveway that was rebuilt in 2019 and im also the onlt one whose driveway collapsed during these floods . The amount of trauma i suffered going through the same anxiety as before . I called outsurance and they listened to me , they then referred the complaint to this Batho Pele Construction Company, i showed them the 2019 photos and they looked and this 2022 damage, the driveway got destroyed the same way in every angle . It should be noted that we were assigned this company it was never our choice because they believe that they have a right to do sub standard work and they are never held to account. They cant do as they please there must be a recourse for us clients . I need help!!!!!
