POOR UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

ONE WEEK ago I claimed for my car, a taxi was at fault and drove into my polo. I claimed the same day from Outsurance. I am still waiting for MPHO to get back to me with the final claim settlement?<br> I have emailed him, but no reply.<br> I am NOT happy with his offer as my polo is worth R80 000 and Outsurance have offered me a pathetic R55 000??? I have been with Outsurance for 15 years, and NEVER claimed!? I have NEVER missed a premium. I am a MODEL customer, with a LOW RISK PROFILE, and this is the unacceptable and unsatisfactory deal Outsurance offer me??? I will effectively lose R25 -R30000!!!<br> Upuntil now I have raved about Outsurance service, but now when it comes to a claim, the first in 15 years, they want to cheat me?!<br> Please would an Outsurance SENIOR CLAIMS MANAGER CALL ME ASAP!!!!<br> <br> Derek Krummeck<br> ***
