Poor support from Outsurance

To whom this may concern Claim Number ********** 07

I am really disappointed on how Outsurance handled my case and how I see you display an image to people that you care and assist. My claim seems to be not as important as it is a 3rd party claim. My vehicle was damaged by an Outsurance client that pays Outsurance to handle this issues. I would like to get some feedback on this issue and why it is that you portray this image in the public and then treat people like this

I picked up the following 1. The time to get the claim assist and finalised 2. Communication from Outsurance was poor 3. Assistance in general non existing as I am not an Outsurance client and after this don't think I would ever be 4. Damage to my car was quoted to an estimated R40 000. Outsuranbce manage to bring it down to R6000 but unable to provide me with an explanation how they did it 5. Unable to bring me in contact with the service provider that can fix it for that price 6. Not all the parts and labour was covered on this quote (painting of the bumper) 7. Forcing a final settlement even when found to be unreasonable.

Good day,

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise for your bad experience.

Elizna our legal manager contacted you to discuss the settlement offer and payment was processed. She informed you that we will amend the offer if there are unseen damages that are incident related.

Thank you,

Kelvin

Whom this may concern my current states on this repair, I am really disappointed on how the repair on my vehicle has been done. Its a 3 party claim, and it has created a lot of disruptions and I keep on pulling on the short end with Outsurance and Coachmans arrangements. 1. Improper quote as there was structural damage and that is why I had to take the vehicle back to get the alignment sorted out 2. The vehicle was given back to me with a broken return liner on the Radiator. This was clued back hoping that I would not see it. (I could have lost the engine) 3. Then when I report this to Coachmans I was sort of told that this was not them and had no knowledge of this and that this could have been old damage?
