Poor Service/Bad Attitude

So I call outsurance wanting to cancel my policy with them, as I am going over to another insurer. They put me onto a lady called See. I explain I want it cancelled and she proceeds to tell me I cnt, as I have to answer questions first. I agree to answer what I can. It all went haywire when I refused to answer the first question....which was how much their competitor was asking...i refused to answer, as i believe that was between myself and the insurer. She then said if i did not answer it would not be cancelled....i told her I was going to be very upset if 2 policies go off on the 27th of December and I wanted it cancelled...she still refused to cancel. I then told her to go on to the next question as I did not believe I needed to tell them what the other insurer was offering, and that should not be a hindrance to me cancelling with outsurance. She insisted it was and she would not be cancelling....poor service and exactly why I want no further part of outsurance. I cut my call short as she had refused numerous times to csncel the policy. Unacceptable
