POOR SERVICE WITH CLAIMS

My family was involved in a car accident with an Outsurance client on 6 April 2016, where the Insured party colided into our car from behind, after logging a claim I had to phone up to 3 times per week to find out what is happening on the claim, the consultant asked for the car to be taken somewhere and I had to explain numerous times that the car couldn't be driven or towed, we received an offer on 31 May 2016 where the full and final settlement is the market value and they subtracted the salvage value (that is not reachable). I phoned the consultant whom I have been dealing with and said that I do not accept the offer ad I will be unable to buy another car and I would not be able to sell the salvage at the price spesified by Outsurance, she then told me that I am the third party and I need to sell the salvage myself as they don't want it. I asked her if by being the third party if I don't have rights, she rep**** No! This is unacceptable as clients pay monthly premiums and I am sure they don't know that Outsurance are handling their claims in this manner.
