Poor Service - Third Party Insurance Claim

Outsurance, thank you for the really bad service I'm receiving. To think you suppose to be SA's No.1 in the industry. I can't believe that it's taking so long to get my 3rd Party claim processed and finalised. <br> <br> What's really rediculous is that I have to keep following up to find out what the status is. Theresa Chateau keeps forwarding my mails to Lebo Twani, who takes her own time to get back to me. The latest I got from you was that the claim will be finalised on Friday last week.<br> <br> Come on Ladies it's almost a month now and my claim has not been closed, your client is all happy as her vehicle was repaired almost immediately, not fair as she was the the one that caused the accident.<br> <br> Please can someone get back to me ASAP. Because this is really not going down well with me anymore.
