Poor service providers
Outsurance is using poor and unreliable service providers. After countless calls and emails, a month and a half later my claim has still not been resolved and only met with empty promises. My TV broke, claim was approved. Service provider (P&G) delivered 2 faulty TVs. It has been more than 2 weeks since I notified them that the second TV is also not working, it freezes like barely 1m after it is turned on, and I still have no working TV or satisfactory response. So no working TV for 5-6 weeks now. They also do not coordinate deliveries and pick up and deliver the TVs seperately, so I had to take off work now already 4 times, not to mention the time I now have to take off for the supposed technician who must come out. This is nonsense and wastes a lot of time and money and is a big inconvenience. If it was store bought I would be able to just take it back under CPA. Ousturance is also not doing much about it, and keep saying their service provider will be in contact with me. All taken into consideration it is absurd that they insist on me keeping a faulty TV, which is also not even the same as mine that was broken.
Thank you for bringing the unfortunate matter to our attention as well as your post response.
Our claims manager did contact you with an apology and arrangements for the replacement were confirmed.
You are not unreasonable at all. We should have done better for you from the onset.
Thank you for accepting our apologies.
