Poor SERVICE outsurance promo claim period

Been dealing with outsurance a few years now. They always claim to be the best and continuously advertise on t.v.. Up to now and I'm talking 5 years they haven't come close to matching my existing cover on my car. Out of the blue in June this year they change their claim period on the R500 /R1500 promo from 6 to 24 months. I think that's so utterly unfair to non clients and absolutely PATHETIC on the part of OUTSURANCE.
