Poor service, not taking responsibility and accountability for their driver and harassment

Outsurance was given my details following an accident by a driver of a company car using a temporary drivers licence obtained a week before my accident. Lady at call centre proceeded to hound me personally and not my insurer and blamed me for the accident outright when accident damage to their car was at the front with bumper falling off and rear right damage to my vehicle which clearly showed that more investigation was not done. This firm does not care about anyone and did not take anything further as they didn't want to pay out the claim due to conflicting statements of accident when their supposedly insured driver **** about what happened and in the police report also reporting this accident out of the area it occurred. Outsurance is misrepresenting themselves in the media. They hound other people on behalf of their pathetic drivers and threaten to send claim letters to make you admit your fault and they're quick to not investigate further and ask for witnesses when the accident damage is disregarded. Don't use them.
