Poor Service from OUTsurance Claims Department.
Very careful when you decide to sign up for a car insurance policy with OUTsurance. They promise you the moon and the stars, but when you submit a simple claim then this is when you run into a brick wall. They have various email addresses, but none is working. When you left a message for someone to call you, they never respond. POOR SERVICE to clients especially when you are a pensioner.

23 Jan 2026, 18:31I already tried that and other emails. no one works!! Poor service. OUTsurance is more interested in the big companies/business and care less about the small ones and pensioners in particular.
