Poor service from Outsurance

Hi<br> <br> I took a cover with outsurance more than 2years ago for my Samsung S4. I was promised a cover for up to R10 000 to replace my phone. The worst happened my phone got damaged more than 3 weeks ago I was then told That the Samsung A7 was the only phone they are willing to replace my phone with. I then informed them that the A7 does not meet my needs I then suggested that they get a higher spec phone to compete with the S4 and offered to offer the difference. <br> <br> They told me they're only willing to pay R6300 towards my claim not the maximum amount I insured the phone for. Cardo the manager promised to listen to the recording and get back to me which he didn't. I am very disappointed at the poor service that I am receiving since I've been with this company for such a long time. For info This phone is not the only product I covered with Outsurance sadly.
