POOR SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE

Accident happened on in May. The service from Outsurance (consultant dealing with is Maduna) is appalling. It's been weeks that I am trying to solve this and Maduna is wasting valuable time in sorting out my claim. There are constant problems/mistakes that I have to highlight to them (Maduna and manager) which they say they will fix/sort it out, but to no avail. The service is extremely bad and I hope I never ever have to deal with them again!
