Poor Service Delivery

I were informed by Namile on the 2nd February Claim number *** that Alberante Panel Beaters has being appointed to repair my vehicle to date I have had no call from Alberante or Outsuarance I did call Alberante asking why I haven't being contacted regarding repair trying to explain myself the lady Alberante started shouting at me I put the Phone down and contacted Mamile requesting a new panel beater be appointed but I am still no further and my vehicle still not repaired I have my personal and business insurance and are currently not satisfied with the service I am getting currently
