Poor service delievery and wrongly adviced

I simeon makwini( emotions studio) took a cover for my Business with outsurance Business over 3years now been consistent with making payment on claims outsurance had refused to make payment to me on the terms of a clause that I was never told about that except I have a break visible break in to my car I have called several time since for them to review that possibility of car being jammed is how the equipment's had been taken off my car till now I haven't heard from Christi mabele neither her manager (warren ) regarding my claim which they are refusing to pay this is a stretch of 3 weeks few days since I submitted a claim till date .... I have thought I had cover all this while I was wrongly advised and sold lies not once have I not paid the cover for my business but yet still outsurance refuse to pay out my claim I have no equipment to work with and facilities been forced to either shutdown by them
