Poor service continues even when I do not call you.

I had a call twice today from someone at Outsurance business division, I dont recall the name but surely you should be able to see on your system who accessed my profile as he did mention he did a search with my ID number. He insisted that I have no business cover even after me telling him that I do.

On the second call he started by saying he prides himself in delivering a good service yet he has no clue what he's talking about or some fool there has cancelled part of my cover.

I have a policy document dated 08 October 2016 which clearly states"goods on business use" but MR whoever he was insists that when he looks at my policy he sees no business cover. Then he goes on to tell me that I cannot be covered for business cover on my personal policy. If that is the case then why did Outsurance give me that cover in the first place? Can someone please explain to me what exactly is going on? If there is no business cover allowed on my personal cover then why do I have a policy document that includes it? If I do not have this "goods on business use" cover on my existing policy, who cancelled it?

Please urgently advise. I do not apprciate the call from this business consultant at all. That is not the way to provide good client service. I expect Outsurance to be more professional. You cannot be so desperate for business, that's really pathetic.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Denzil our direct sales manager called you and apologized for the consultant giving you incorrect advice. I called you and went through your policy to ensure the "goods on business use" was still on cover. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards, Kelvin
