Poor Service ( Consultant JP Schnepel)

I was involved in an accident ages ago. The lady who bumped me was at fault and She happens to be insured by Outsurance. To cut a long story short I contacted Outsurance requesting a claim , I was then told to summit all the required documentation of which I sent JP Schnepel. It has been almost 2 months since I have put in the claim and the JP guy is wasting my time. I have had it with Outsurance and their poor service,.What do you mean by third party liability and how fast you claim to process all claims. kindly get back to me as soon as possible before I take legal actions.
