Poor Service at Outsurance Legal Department

On 28 April 2019, my car was smashed by an Outsurance client. I lodged a third party claim with them on 14th May 2019. I only received feedback when I followed up, and oftentimes they would then say that there was a document that was missing. This went on,m sending me from pillar to post having to prove ownership of my car. All the while all the documents, my ID, licence disc, driver's licence all had the same information, which was adequate enough even for a child to reconcile and make a determination that it was the same person. I asked what it was to them that I prove ownership of the car because their client knows who's car they smashed and suddenly it was my duty to prove ownership of my car. To date my claim of R7500 is still unpaid because in their minds, I still have not proven ownership of my car. How does the ownership of my car have anything to do with the fact that their client smashed my car? It is my opinion that they're pulling this and frustrating me so that I become apathetic and give up on money that is due to me. Outsurance, why do you client's pay for 3rd party cover and then the third party must still prove ownership, suerly the fact that your client has registered a claim and has an A/R number should suffice for payment of the claim. If there is any risk that I am a ********* - surely the documents submitted to you are evidence enough for a watertight case at the Civil court. I want to my money
