Poor service at its best!

Outsurance home insurance is the pits! They say they cover you 'in good faith' and they will still take your premiums 'in good faith', but they will just not pay in good faith. I have logged a claim and they are will to pay for painting due to floods- not sure how, as that is not damaged. the damage is my tiling and outside the house there are cracks to the actual building. they are saying that they will not cover all of that, due to bad workmanship, but, they can pay for "painting" of the house. I have asked for the actual reports to be sent to me, and that is still not being done. too much of an effort still. I have asked that premiums, that i have paid for, for over 15 years to be refunded, as they are not willing to pay for bad workmanship- they will not do that either. If you accept such a huge risk, and due diligence wasnt done from beginning, how is that now my fault?? now I was referred back to FNB, as the homeloan is with them, but that wasnt the case initially. All I am asking for, is for Outsurance to refund me my premiums, then I can put myself back in the position I was, as that is not their problem. All they are willing to do is paint my house, which is about to fall over. Well done! oh, mind you, the painting is about R 14,000 and I must still pay excess of R 1,100! Crux of the matter, Outsurance is not covering me, so I need all my premiums back and then I can fix the house myself. Thank you
