Poor service and not allowing me to choose my preferred Panelbeater

What has happened to the excellent service from OUTsurance!!!!

I am a retired pensioner and have been with OUTsurance for over 16 years and have always commended on their excellent service but I'm afraid that has fallen to very poor service in my last and existing claim that I have submitted.

I was told that I cannot request my preferred panel beater which was never a problem in the past and relayed to another Panel beater in another town and another province, not knowing what their quality of work is and also their quote was more than half the price of my preferred supplier which raises a question. I was then told it is a Digital assessment and will be corrected when I take my car into the Panel beaters.

When asked about their quality of work I was told that if I have a problem with the workmanship I can always take it back to be repaired.

My Policy is that it should be right first time round and this is what I get from my preferred panel beater which I have utilized all the years.

It has been almost a week now that I have been waiting for a reply and when I call I am told it is still being referred to the assessing department.

Unfortunately this is not the type of service expected from a reputable insurance company especially OUTsurance and I am not at all happy with the service I am experiencing currently.

It is questionable that the service has deteriorated from all my past experiences which was always excellent.
