Poor service and followup

Car was in an accident late last year. Outsurance approved that some of the parts be replaced with non OEM parts. Subsequent to that the quality of the repair of the car was allocated to a Queenswood panelbeaters that's not VW approved. I have reported to Outsurance that the quality of the repair is poor and not up to standard but limited support. The car is still not properly repaired as the bumper is still not properly fitting because its non EOM.
