POOR SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING ?

On the 6th of July my equipment was ****** from my car and I lodged a claim with outsurance and they decided to decline my claim and said according to their policy document I qualify for a limited cover, out of my claim of equipment worth R 286 000.00 with my monthly total installment of R11 800.00 they opted to pay me R8 000.00 which I refused to accept. And their dispute department is also useless because they still don't want to use the evidence that i sent to them to proof my claim or sent an assessor to check my vehicle. They are so arrogant and they are now taking advantage of my pain to play hide and seek. I'm very disappointed and the sad part is that I've been with them for over 8 years ???
